Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a direct manufacturer with over 20 years of knitting experience. Our 3,500+ m² facility integrates R&D, production, and distribution – all under one roof. No middlemen, no trading companies.
Q: What information do you need to start an OEM order?
A: We need either: 1) Your technical drawings and specifications, 2) An existing sample you’d like us to replicate, or 3) Your target performance standards (cut level, heat resistance, waterproof rating). We can also work from just a concept for ODM projects.
Q: What EN/ANSI standards do your products meet?
A: Our products are designed to meet international safety standards: EN 388 (cut resistance up to Level F), EN 407 (heat resistance up to Level 4), EN 511 (cold protection), and ANSI/ISEA 105. We can provide test reports upon request and assist with certification for your target market.
Q: What is your MOQ?
A: For sample development, no MOQ (or as low as 50 pairs). For bulk production, our standard MOQ is 500-1000 pieces per style/color. For first-time customers, we accept smaller trial orders to help you validate the market with lower risk.
Q: What are your lead times for samples and bulk orders?
A: Samples: 1-2 weeks (standard) or 2-4 weeks (ODM/custom development). Bulk production: 4-8 weeks, depending on order quantity and season. Rush orders can be negotiated.
Q: How do you ensure product quality? How are issues handled?
A: Quality starts before production – your golden sample becomes our single standard. We conduct in-process and final inspections on all orders, and third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV) can be arranged. If defects are found, we follow our quality agreement: replacement, credit, or rework depending on the situation.
Q: What trade terms do you support?
A: When quoting, we will confirm the transaction method with you, including FOB, CIF, CNF, or other terms.
Q: What is the payment process for mass production?
A: For mass production, we usually require a 30% advance payment, and the balance is paid upon sight of the bill of lading.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We mostly accept T/T (telegraphic transfer). Of course, L/C (letter of credit) is also acceptable.
Q: How do you deliver goods to your customers?
A: Usually we ship by sea. Since we are located in Ningbo, only 35km away from Ningbo Port, it is very convenient to export by sea. If the customer’s goods are more urgent, we can also ship by air, as both Ningbo Airport and Shanghai International Airport are very close to us.
Q: Which countries do you mainly export your products to?
A: Our products are mainly exported to dozens of countries, including the USA, Germany, Japan, Spain, Italy, the UK, Korea, Australia, Canada, etc.
