Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Shaoxing Qianbodu Knitting Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to delivering high-quality knitted products including cut-resistant gloves, heat-resistant gloves, waterproof socks/gloves, and warm gloves.

This Refund and Returns Policy applies to B2B customers (wholesalers, distributors, brands) who place OEM/ODM orders with us. Please read it carefully.

Scope of This Policy

This policy covers:

  • Bulk production orders (OEM/ODM)
  • Sample orders

It does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or alteration after delivery

Normal wear and tear

Products that do not meet customer expectations in terms of “feel” or “preference” without a performance defect (for samples, we recommend ordering a trial sample before bulk commitment)

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind our products. Every order is produced based on your approved golden sample – the single quality reference for the entire production run.

Before shipment, we conduct:

  • In-process inspections during production
  • Final random inspections before packing
  • Third-party inspections (SGS, TÜV, etc.) upon customer request (at customer’s expense)

Defective Products – What We Cover

A “defective product” is defined as:

Obvious manufacturing defects (e.g., holes, unravelled seams, missing coating)

Material inconsistency not present in the golden sample

If we confirm that the defect is our fault, we will offer one of the following remedies (at our discretion):

  • Remedy
  • Replacement
  • Credit
  • Partial refund

What Is NOT Covered

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind – If you decide you no longer want the product after production has started
  • Market performance – If the product does not sell well in your market
  • Slight color variations – Due to different monitor displays or dye lots (we match the golden sample)
  • Shipping damage – Claims must be filed with the carrier (we assist with documentation)
  • Customer-provided specifications – If we produce exactly to your drawing/sample and the product does not perform as you expected

Important for OEM customers: If you provide the technical specifications, you are responsible for their accuracy. We produce exactly to your approved sample.

Sample Orders

We encourage all customers to approach bulk production only after approving the golden sample.

If a sample is defective due to our manufacturing error, we will replace it free of charge.

If you simply do not like the sample (e.g., feel, fit, appearance), we do not offer refunds. However, we will work with you to revise the sample for a small additional fee.

How to File a Claim

If you believe a product is defective:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment
  • Provide your order number, photos/videos showing the defect, and the quantity affected
  • If needed, we may request you to return a small sample (not the entire order) for inspection

Return Shipping

If we confirm the defect is our fault, we will cover the return shipping cost for the sample pieces (not the entire order) and ship replacements at our cost.

If we determine the defect is not our fault, you are responsible for return shipping, and no refund will be issued.

For bulk returns – because our products are typically low-cost, high-volume items, returning an entire container is rarely practical. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a fair solution (e.g., credit, discount on next order, or on-site inspection).
